1. About Primelife Home Spa
Primelife Home Spa is a fully licensed home massage service operating under a Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) Trade License. All therapists hold valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) practice permits. We deliver professional massage services to homes, villas, hotels, and offices across Dubai.

2. Service Booking
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to book a massage at home Dubai session. Bookings for minors require parental consent and adult supervision throughout the session.
Booking Process
All bookings are made through our online system. Each booking requires:
- Valid name, phone number, and email
- OTP verification of phone number
- Booking address within Dubai
- Online payment through secure gateway
Once payment is processed, your booking is officially confirmed and a certified therapist is assigned.
Minimum Booking Notice
All bookings must be scheduled at least 2 hours in advance of the desired session time.
3. Service Delivery
What We Provide
- Certified, DHA-licensed therapist
- Foldable professional massage table (or Thai mat for Thai sessions)
- Fresh sanitized linen and towels
- Premium massage oils (jojoba, coconut, sweet almond, or fragrance-free)
- Aromatherapy diffuser and portable music speaker
- Disposable face cradle cover
- Thai pajamas and herbal compress pouches for Thai sessions where applicable
What You Provide
- A clear 7×4 foot space in any room
- Access to your booking address (apartment, villa, hotel, office)
- Accurate information about any medical conditions, pregnancy, or recent surgeries
- Respectful and professional conduct toward the therapist
Session Duration
Sessions run for the booked duration (60, 90, or 120 minutes). The therapist arrives 5 minutes early for setup and stays 10 minutes after for packup.
4. Pricing & Payment
Pricing Transparency
All prices are published upfront on our website. The 5% UAE VAT is already included. No hidden fees, no weekend surcharges, no parking charges.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and direct UAE bank cards. All payments are processed through a PCI-compliant encrypted gateway.
Payment Timing
Payment is collected online at the time of booking. Booking is confirmed only after successful payment processing. We do not accept cash payments or post-session billing.
5. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

Summary:
- 2-hour cancellation window from booking time → full refund
- Cancellations after 2 hours → no refund
- One free reschedule allowed per booking (must be at least 2 hours before session)
- No-shows charged in full
6. Therapist Conduct & Client Safety
Professional Standards
All Primelife therapists follow strict professional standards:
- No phones, photos, or recordings during sessions
- No personal questions unrelated to session needs
- Professional draping techniques used at all times
- Same-gender therapist matching guaranteed (female-female, male-male)
Inappropriate Behavior
Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or requests for services outside the booked massage from either party will result in:
- Immediate termination of the session
- Permanent ban from Primelife services
- Reporting to relevant UAE authorities where applicable
This applies equally to clients and therapists.
Health & Safety Disclosure
You must disclose any medical condition, pregnancy, recent surgery, allergy, or medication that may affect the session. Failure to disclose may result in session modification, early termination, or refund denial.

8. Liability & Limitations
Our Liability
Primelife Home Spa carries public liability insurance covering all in-home massage sessions. In the rare case of any injury or property damage during a session, our liability is limited to the insurance coverage and the booking value.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Providing a safe, clean, and accessible environment for the session
- Securing pets, children, or other potential disruptions before the therapist arrives
- Ensuring your home address is correctly entered in the booking
- Being available at the scheduled time
Force Majeure
Primelife is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure events — severe weather, civil emergencies, government restrictions, building access issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
9. Subscription Plans
For clients on our Basic, Wellness, or Premium subscription plans:
- Monthly billing on the same date each cycle
- Cancel anytime — no lock-in
- Unused sessions roll over for 60 days
- Subscription terms reviewed and confirmed at signup
10. Promotions, Discounts & Vouchers
- Promotional codes apply only to specified services and durations
- Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
- Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Promotional pricing may exclude weekends, public holidays, or peak times
11. Account Suspension & Termination
Primelife reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any client account in cases of:
- Repeated no-shows
- Late cancellations beyond reasonable limits
- Inappropriate or abusive behavior toward therapists or support staff
- Fraudulent payment activity
- Violation of any term in this agreement
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the primelifehomespa.com website — including text, images, logos, brand name, and service descriptions — is the intellectual property of Primelife Home Spa. Unauthorized use, copying, or republishing is strictly prohibited.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from the use of our services fall under the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
14. Updates to These Terms
Primelife may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after updates implies acceptance of the new terms.
